Here is what is scheduled for three days of proceedings this week in Eagle County in the Kobe Bryant sexual assault case:
• A closed hearing on the relevancy of the alleged victim's consensual sexual activities in the days before and hours after her June 30 encounter with Bryant.
• A hearing on the woman's request to quickly schedule a trial and on the prosecution's request to have Bryant enter a plea.
• A hearing on a defense request to have the judge ensure it has received all relevant evidence.
• A hearing on a prosecution request to quash a defense subpoena issued to a friend of the alleged victim that seeks photos and written communications.
• A closed hearing on whether sheriff's investigators illegally questioned Bryant and whether his recorded statements and other evidence should be thrown out.
